From May this year are going modernization and expand Cavan wastewater treatment plant. Project is under construction in procedure “design and built”. The treat process is based on activated sludge technology with degassing MLSS before secondary clarifier. Technology is known in Poland , Estonia, China , Canada . In Ireland it will be the first implementation. Treatment plant will have flow Q= 6750 m3/d in rainy day flow will be about Q= 20250 3/d.
Project is under realization together with Irish partner – company Glan Aqua S.A. Term of commissioning is the end of 2015 year.
